Vending equipment installed at a Client location remains the property of Synergy Vending unless otherwise stated in writing. The Client agrees to:
We strive to provide fresh, high-quality products at all times. Product selection may vary based on availability, seasonality, and Client preferences. If a product becomes unavailable, we will substitute it with a comparable item whenever possible.
Pricing for products and any applicable services is set in accordance with the Client's individual service agreement. Vending machine prices may be adjusted from time to time to reflect changes in product cost, market conditions, or supplier pricing. Clients will be notified of significant pricing changes in advance where applicable.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement. Upon termination, Synergy Vending will remove its equipment from the Client's location within a reasonable timeframe. The Client agrees to provide reasonable access for equipment removal.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Vending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
